Sport Mode. I have confirmed on my 2013 Genesis Coupe 3.8 GT with automatic transmission that the sport mode works like a charm!!! When in "D", it's a fuel economy setting which changes gears about 2000-3000 rpms which saves you lots on gas for normal driving but you do not get all the power in the car, even when you put the pedal to the metal.

On her CLS550 that we traded, if you selected the sport mode, it would stay in sport mode until you turned it off. It seems our S resets to economy mode
